Crown Creative is hiring a senior interior designer to join its team in London or Belfast, UK.

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team in London or Belfast. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for hospitality design, an intuitive understanding of space and an eye for detail.

The candidate will have their finger on the pulse of international hospitality design and possess excellent supplier and material knowledge. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a top studio working on hospitality projects, have a hands-on approach and be involved in all aspects of the design process from concept through to completion.

About you and the role:

• a degree in interior design, architecture or interior architecture
• a minimum of five years’ experience in interior design within an agency setting
• a strong portfolio of hospitality interior design work
• possess a high proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad and Adobe InDesign, knowledge of any 3D rendering software is a plus
• leading interior design projects from start to finish with minimal senior oversight
• leading client kick off and review meetings
• presenting design work to a wide range of stakeholders
• spatial planning
• concept design
• creation of technical drawing packs using AutoCAD
• reviewing construction drawings and specifications and providing feedback
• designing and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details
  pricing FF&E items and reviewing cost proposals
• designing within the client’s budget, and value engineering design when required
• communicating closely with and managing external consultants, contractors, lighting designers and architects
• attending client and site meetings when required
