at Cullinan Studio

Cullinan Studio is seeking an architect with two to three years’ of post-Part 3 experience to join its London office.

The ideal candidate:

  • support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages, with increasing independence and accountability
  • contribute to the development of design proposals, including concept design, technical detailing, and coordination with consultants
  • apply strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in the UK
  • prepare and manage production of drawings, schedules, specifications, and reports to a professional standard
  • participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating clear communication and professionalism
  • work effectively within project teams, coordinating with internal team members and external consultants
  • attend site visits and meetings; contribute to contract administration and respond to site queries as required
  • adhere to studio standards for quality control and documentation; contribute to continuous improvement
  • manage tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets, escalating risks or delays proactively
  • continue learning and development, maintaining ARB registration and staying current with industry best practices
  • provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members, supporting their development and integration within the practice
  • contribute to shared office duties such as IT coordination, health and safety compliance, or general operations as delegated across the team
  • engage with the full spectrum of architectural practice and positively contribute to the culture of the studio
  • proficiency with Adobe suite is essential
  • confidence with Revit is highly desirable. Additional training will be provided where needed
