Junior graphics and business administrator
at David Bonnett Associates

David Bonnett Associates (DBA) is looking for a junior graphics and business administrator to join its team in London, UK.

David Bonnett Associates (DBA) is an award-winning independent inclusive access consultancy and multi-disciplinary practice. DBA provides advice on inclusive design to clients and architects working on projects ranging from small grade-listed galleries and landscape schemes to large-scale masterplans, transport interchanges and residential developments. Since the practice was established in 1994 by Dr David Bonnett, the demand for access has grown, driven partly by legislation and partly by changing social expectations. As recognised experts in the field, we contribute to a range of national forums including the Design Council and the British Standards Institute.

Over time the practice has grown and now employs a dozen staff providing advice for a range of projects including three Stirling Prize Winners – Bloomberg new European Headquarters in the City of London, Burntwood School in Wandsworth and Damien Hirst’s Newport Street Gallery in Lambeth – and historic gems such as the Royal Festival Hall, The British Museum, the Palace of Westminster Parliamentary complex, Government buildings in Whitehall and Buckingham Palace.

DBA is a 100% Employee Owned Trust (EOT) and builds on the existing culture of the business, reinforcing an optimistic, innovative and collective approach and ensuring its future. The benefits of becoming an EOT are not just financial. For employees, there are mechanisms for increased engagement – leading to more innovative ideas, increased profitability and a greater shared commitment to the long-term success of the business. DBA employees have the potential to share a portion of the company’s profits.
