David Chipperfield Architects is hiring a Part 3 architect to join its London studio.
David Chipperfield Architects’ London office is looking for experienced architects to work as part of our design teams on a variety of projects. This role requires ARB certification (UK Part 3 or equivalent) and between four to ten years of work experience post-Masters (not including internships or Part 1). Applicants should have experience at a design-focussed practice managing a package/area of a medium or large sized project and be confident with delegating work to others and managing external consultants. You should show an interest in sustainability. You will need to be skilled with using Archicad software.
This role is for qualified architects with a Master’s degree in architecture. Key responsibilities
Applicants should have a demonstrable interest in design excellence, critical thinking, and the societal and environmental impact of architecture. They should be confident, organised and proactive, with strong design collaboration and research skills and the ability to present and explain their ideas both internally and to clients and external partners. Fluency in English is essential.
Applicants should be skilled in the use of Archicad as well as Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
