David Chipperfield Architects’ London office is looking for a qualified architectural project manager to work as part of our design team to facilitate and manage the workflow and programme of a large-scale architectural project within a highly collaborative and design-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex project involving both new build and heritage restoration with high sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibility is to lead on project delivery. Tasks involve: defining and ensuring the efficient internal management of the project programme and delivery through all stages; setting up an efficient structure and workflow organisation for the team; holding overall resource and budget management of the project; ensuring information exchange and efficient communication with client, the wider collaborative design team and all external stakeholders; guaranteeing an excellent level of professional service to the client and partner organisations.
