Position overview
We are seeking a highly passionate and dynamic sales account manager with a passion for the design industry, particularly in modern luxury furniture. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the luxury interior design market and be adept at both generating and responding to sales leads. This role requires somebody who has energy for consistently setting up and attending client meetings, showcasing new collections and attending networking events. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the luxury interior design industry
- actively generate new sales leads through client visits, showroom consultations, and networking events
- present and promote Davidson London’s collections to prospective clients at their offices, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and their unique value
- respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process
- attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s reach and influence within the design community
- consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall revenue goals
- collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications and expectations are met
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Davidson London as a leader in the market
Requirements:
- proven experience in sales within the luxury interior design or high-end furniture industry
- strong network and connections within the luxury design community
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships
- highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for modern luxury furniture
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, to attend networking events and meet client needs
