Davidson London is hiring a project administrator to join its team in London.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented project administrator who takes pride in their work and is passionate about maintaining order and structure within the company. You will be responsible for tasks including putting quotations together for clients, obtaining quotation requests from suppliers, raising purchase orders, raising, tracking and chasing client invoices, receiving supplier invoices, managing workshop drawings, ensuring projects go into production within set time scales and helping organise logistics and deliveries. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the company, ultimately taking on more significant responsibilities as you develop your skills.
- collaborate with the sales team to process and manage quotation requests
- raising client drawings and ensuring client sign off prior to production
- placing client orders with suppliers and tracking supplier invoices
- raising deposit and balance invoices for clients and ensuring they are paid on time
- assisting in organising client deliveries
- handle various administrative tasks, such as data entry onto CRM
- ensure effective communication and coordination between departments
- support the team in maintaining project timelines and budgets
- assist in maintaining a tidy and orderly showroom
