Design RDV is hiring a PA/office manager to join its team in London.

About us

Design RDV is a small but rapidly growing events production agency, offering the best in interiors products for architects and interior designers within the luxury interior design community.

Launched in 2022, we have grown from five trade roadshows per year in the UK to over 26 roadshows across the UK, Europe and the US.

In order to support us during this expansion phase, we are looking for a PA/studio manager to join our fun and energetic team and help the RDV directors manage the launch of these events.

This will be a full time, office-based role, located in our  brand-new offices are in Design Centre Chelsea Harbour (London). Immediate start.

Overall responsibilities include

Administrative management;

  • managing office supplies and inventory
  • overseeing office operations and procedures
  • ensuring efficient filing and record-keeping
  • managing relationships with service providers (IT, etc.)

Day to day communication and coordination:

  • scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • handling correspondence of the Directors (emails, calls, etc.)
  • booking hotels, accommodation, transport for the RDV team
  • coordinating courier/logistics
  • responding to initial client queries (email and phone)
  • taking meeting notes

Events management and sales support:

  • assisting in event production (including managing venues and catering)
  • assisting sales team with client onboarding
  • maintaining CRM database updates

Financial responsibilities:

  • budgeting and expense tracking
  • supporting with budget reconciliation post events
  • managing office and event-related invoices and vendor payments (sending/chasing invoices)
  • submitting Tax/Vat return receipts for the accountant

Key requirements:

  • strong administrative and organisational skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • proactive, can do attitude
  • good telephone manner, experience in working with suppliers and clients
  • likes working in a team
  • IT: Microsoft Office, Canvas, experience with Monday, HubSpot, or Airtable, or similar tools
  • experience with EventBrite, LUMA or similar tools
  • basic bookkeeping/logging Quickbooks

Good to have:

  • immediate start
  • an interest or background in interiors, textiles, or design is a plus
  • experience in working in fast-paced environment/start-up
  • French speaking would be a plus

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
