Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is seeking a designer or stylist for custom yacht interiors to join its team in Eemnes, Netherlands.

We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and talented designer/stylist to bring our custom yacht interior design projects to life. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting breathtaking yacht interiors that reflect the unmatched quality and innovation Sinot is known for. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll ensure each project is executed flawlessly, exceeding client expectations and setting new standards in full custom luxury. Key responsibilities:

• creative development: Take the lead in crafting innovative, fully custom designs and design directions for various spaces aboard, including loose and built-in furniture, styling, decoration and materials, in alignment with the art direction
• visual communication: Produce sketches, drawings, floor plans, and mood/style/material boards to effectively communicate your creative vision and design directions to the art director
• enhance interior functionality: Improve the functionality and aesthetic of interior spaces by designing and modifying architectural elements, arranging furniture, furnishings, FF&E, and artwork through to the final design phase
• presentation and documentation: Create compelling presentations and detailed briefings for CGI artists. You will also design and collect material samples while maintaining oversight of all required project documentation and schedules
• collaborative execution: Execute projects collaboratively with the Art Director, senior designers, CGI artists, and design engineers, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently as needed

Key qualifications:

• design excellence: Demonstrated talent in crafting extraordinary, fully custom interior designs that captivate and inspire
• experience: Four to six years of professional experience as a creative interior designer, specialising in the superyacht industry and/or high-end luxury interior markets, as showcased in your recent and stunning portfolio
• industry insight: Deep knowledge of high-end luxury suppliers, manufacturers, production technologies, and premium materials, allowing you to make informed design choices
• organisational skills: Exceptional organisational, communication, and presentation abilities that enhance collaboration and ensure projects flow smoothly and deadlines are met
• technical proficiency: Full mastery of Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, MS Office, and fluency in English are essential to your success
• detail-oriented: A responsible and proactive mindset, paired with a sharp eye for detail, ensures every project reaches its highest potential
• flexibility and availability: Availability for 40 hours per week, with some flexibility around working hours. Open to international travel. Living in or willing to relocate to The Netherlands
