We are looking for an experienced bid coordinator to join our business development team. The successful candidate will be organised and proactive with experience of public sector procurement processes to support our bid manager. This role will suit someone with one-two years bid experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The bid coordinator will be responsible for compiling PQQ and tender responses, liaising with sub-consultants, proof reading answers and ensuring bids are produced to a high standard. They will be responsible for collating and producing all necessary collateral as well as being a key support person for our sector leads and bid teams with their bid work.
- demonstrated interest in the bid process and business development practices
- experience working with CRM/ERP/PIM system preferred
- experience in an architecture practice preferable
- strong knowledge of InDesign and Microsoft Office suit
The successful person will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines while being meticulous, thorough and detailed. Strong communication skills are essential.
