Dezeen is looking for an executive assistant to join its team in London, to support the directors and manage a range of internal projects.
Dezeen, the world’s most popular architecture and design magazine, is entering an exciting new phase of its development. We need a mature, level-headed individual to help us take the business to the next stage.
You will provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the directors and founders, which will involve some PA-type duties.
You will also project manage the rollout of company strategy and assist with projects across the business.
You will need great interpersonal and communication skills, and be meticulously organised and proactive. Common sense is also vital.
You will be familiar with office technologies including project management software, spreadsheets and databases. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Responsibilities will include planning appointments and events, scheduling meetings and taking notes, organising travel, creating reports, liaising with accountants, consultants and advisers, and updating databases.
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment is desirable, ideally in a similar role.
