Part 1/2 architectural assistant

District Architects has an opportunity for an experienced Part 1 or Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are offering a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year with the potential to extend.
For over seven years, District Architects has worked successfully with private and commercial clients on a variety of residential schemes across the UK. From bespoke family homes to larger housing developments, our focus has always been to create something unique whilst remaining functional and practical.
The successful candidate will be a detail orientated individual with a particular interest in well-crafted, design-led architecture.
It is essential to be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Mac OS Operating Systems.
Relevant experience in the UK residential sector is also preferable, with understanding of planning and regulation requirements.
With the potential for career progression, the position would suit an ambitious individual who has a committed and can-do attitude when it comes to day-to-day tasks and overall professional development.
Salary will be in line with RIBA guidelines and can be discussed at interview.
