Dome Design is seeking an interior design and customer experience assistant to join its team in London.
About us
Dome Design is a boutique consultancy business working B2B with architects and interior designers on both high-end residential and commercial projects, as well as with the UK’s leading retailers. We represent a curated collection of Italian brands specialising in surfaces, furniture, lighting and interior fragrance, importing these from Italy and selling them to our clients.
The role
This is a newly created role to provide administrative and marketing support, managing the social media and e-newsletter communications for the business.
General tasks:
- assisting with the creation of project proposals
- managing a project diary system, following up with clients/potential clients
- setting up client meetings, both face-to-face when possible and by Zoom/Teams
- general administration including the preparation of correspondence, quotations, invoices, liaison with clients and suppliers in Italy etc.
- develop social media and e-communications content as part of overall content strategy
- opportunity to join some meetings with clients
- flexibility to assist where needed
Who does the role suit?
This role is suited to someone who has a flexible attitude who is organised, articulate and who has great communication and writing skills, as well as an interest in design products and projects. Ability to speak Italian would be a bonus but not essential.
