Role description

The senior architect business manager will oversee residential and commercial architectural projects, manage business operations, and ensure project alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include leading design and development processes, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/skills:
- RIBA Chartered Architect, ARB registered
- experience in architectural design, project management, and development processes
- skills in business operations management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- ability to lead and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in relevant architectural software and tools
- experience in the real estate or construction industries is a plus
- bachelor’s degree in architecture, business management or related field
