Role

We are looking for motivated and talented Part 2 architectural assistants to join our team in London to work on a variety of projects. A high level of design competency is required. You will be expected to work as part of a project team; research and develop architectural and technical solutions and coordinate designs with other consultants; work with BIM; generate CAD drawings and schedules, reports, and visualisations and build architectural models.

You will have excellent English communication skills, be well organised and have a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team. You will show great flexibility and versatility to work on various project types, at various stages and scales. You will demonstrate good ability to learn from your peers as well as independently. Knowledge of the German language is advantageous.

Good knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is a minimum requirement; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, Vectorworks/AutoCAD and rendering software is advantageous.

We have a very sociable and relaxed studio atmosphere, and our architectural assistants play a full and active role within it, with opportunities to take on responsibility within projects and for extracurricular events and activities.

We support architectural assistants working towards their Part 3 with up to five days’ paid study leave.

Salary

Salary band three (£28k to £34k) dependent on experience and compliance with dRMM salary banding, which is annually benchmarked to ensure team members are paid fairly.
