Echlin is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant architect to join our successful team in central London.
Role: Part 2 architectural assistant
Contract type: permanent or fixed-term contract
Hours: full-time
Salary: salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience
Echlin is a young, design-led company that specialises in high-end residential projects, both our own developments as well as private commissions. Our ethos focuses on personal experience, wellbeing and craftsmanship, which is explored through careful maximisation of space, materiality, natural light and connection to nature. This is an ideal opportunity to get involved in some very exciting and notable London projects seeing them through to completion.
Prospective candidates should also be able to demonstrate:
- experience within high-end residential design
- ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings
- a passion for design and an eagerness to flourish and progress
- strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- the ability to confidently co-ordinate and collaborate with contractors and other members of the design team
- confident written and verbal skills
- excellent design, drawing and AutoCAD skills
- proficiency operating Adobe Photoshop, Rhino, InDesign and Enscape
