FFD Studio is recruiting an architect project designer to join its team in Rome.

We are looking for an architect project designer to join our highly collaborative, design-focused practice. Our work encompasses a broad cross-section of project types, including hospitality, wellness, workplace, academic and residential. We go beyond technical and programmatic competence to bring award-winning design and beautiful craft to each of our projects.

Candidates should have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

  • bachelor of architecture or master of architecture degree
  • architectural registration
  • a strong working knowledge of CAD, Revit and design tools
  • advanced understanding of architectural technology and documentation for projects of various sizes and complexities
  • excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • strong design and graphics skills – rendering and visualisation are highly desirable
  • prior experience in all phases of a project, including construction documents and contract administration
  • ability and passion to solve problems, critically and creatively
  • works well to meet deadlines
  • prior experience coordinating the work of consultants
  • ability to multi-task and collaborate on teams of varying size
