Furnishing Futures is hiring a junior homes designer to join its team in London.
Furnishing Futures is an innovative new charity creating fully furnished, healing homes for survivors of domestic abuse who have been rehoused in empty social housing. We do this by partnering with the interiors industry, which donates high quality furnishings.
We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented junior designer to assist our homes designer in creating a wide range of trauma-informed homes for beneficiaries and their children. You will be extremely organised and detail oriented, willing to help out with whatever needs doing that day, creative and kind, and passionate about our mission. This position involves flexibility with some work outside usual office hours. Tasks will vary from practical and physical design to administration and data entry. You will have a can-do attitude where no problem is too big and no task is too small.
The deadline for sending completed applications is 10pm Monday 21 April 2025. We hope to hold interviews on 30 April and 1 May, as well as 7 and 8 May.
