GRECODECO is looking for an interior designer to join its team in New York or London.

GRECODECO inc is looking for a passionate, hands on, highly motivated, and creative, Interior Designer to join the team. This is an opportunity to gain direct experience in a growing business with a diverse portfolio of International projects. Applicants should be familiar with the Interior Design process from design development, materials research and selection, through to procurement, production and installation. Experience in hospitality and residential fields is a must. A demonstrated passion for Historic Architecture, Restoration, Esoterica and Exotica is required.


  • three to five years’ of experience in hospitality and residential interior design
  • bachelors degree in interior design
  • experience in being part of a collaborative design environment
  • knowledge of local, domestic, and foreign manufacturers and resources
  • professional-level design software proficiency (Vectorworks)
  • professional-level design software proficiency (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • professional-level specification software experience (Designspec or similar)


  • assists the design team in creating concepts, design drawings and schedule
  • prepares internal/external presentations
  • ensures documents and presentations are prepared according to the standards of the Studio.
  • sources finishes, fixtures, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, hardware & accessories
  • prepares FF&E Specifications for the studio’s projects
  • drafting of custom designed FF&E including furniture, lighting, accessories and textiles
  • prepares finishes, plumbing, and hardware schedules for the Studio’s projects
  • maintains sample libraries for the studio’s projects
  • manages FF&E and sourcing to target budgets and timetable on a daily level
  • closely monitors and manages supplier’s progress to target deadlines and budget
  • assesses and manages prototype stages of bespoke pieces
  • attends regular site visits at key stages
  • assists FF&E install
  • maintains sample library
