Project architect

Greenway Architects is seeking a project architect to join its London office.
We are a design-led practice who specialise in the design and implementation of unique high quality houses for private owner occupiers. Our projects consist of new build and substantial refurbishment schemes across central London and the surrounding counties. Offering a strong emphasis on Interiors as well as the Architecture, we take pride in the high level of detail produced across all elements of a project.
This is an excellent opportunity to run your own projects whilst working alongside experienced senior architects. You will be working through all RIBA work stages under traditional Contracts providing excellent project experience on exciting residential schemes.
Required qualifications and experience:
- ARB registered architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Part 3 project experience in the UK
- experience in the residential sector essential
- excellent design skills using a range of 2D and 3D design platforms
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience working across all RIBA work stages
- experience in working with traditional JCT contracts
- excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures
- excellent attention to detail
Technical skills:
- Vectorworks, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- excellent design and presentation skills
- excellent organisational skills, time management and versatility
You will be based at our Hampstead studio Monday to Thursday, currently with the option to work from home on Fridays. You may be required to travel as necessary.
Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience.
