Grimshaw is seeking a bid designer to join its team in London.
At Grimshaw our creative and graphic design team support our project teams to help tell visual stories that engage, inform, and inspire. We are currently looking for a bid designer to join our team of four in London (located in Farringdon) responsible for the graphic delivery of bids for the London studio.
The role of the bid designer will focus on supporting competitions, and proposals, developing strong documents and presentations which help the practice win work. The role will also include the management and delivery of processes and tools, including templates to support the long term programme of work. It will also demand a close working relationship with the business development team and individual projects teams and leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and collaborator, keen to drive excellence across the practice and act as an ambassador of the brand style and guidelines as well as possessing a keen eye for detail, and a focus on meeting bid deadlines.

Skills and experience:
- excellent creative skills and brand acumen.
- over three years’ experience in the delivery graphic design materials for bidding
- demonstrable expertise in the application of brand across print and digital
- advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and presentation software
- knowledge of digital publishing/publish online
- knowledge and experience working with HTML, CSS, Motion Graphics, Illustration, Data Visualisation and User Experience
