HÁM is seeking an architect to join its team in Oxfordshire, UK.
We have a vacancy for a bright, friendly and enthusiastic qualified Architect to join our busy design studio near Henley, in Oxfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and presentation skills, along with a conscientious and sensitive approach to design.
Familiarity with construction processes is key, as well as an ability to communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and the wider project team.
High-level self-organisation and communication skills are important. A good working knowledge of Vectorworks is appreciated but CAD users will also be considered; a clear understanding of SketchUp, Photoshop and other programs is advantageous.
Hand drawing skills and a sense of humour are very welcome. The position will appeal to those who enjoy working with conscientious, like-minded people in a productive, creative environment.
The practice is currently working on a variety of new build and restoration private residential projects, both in London and across the UK.
Open to flexible working/part-time working from home.
On-site experience within the UK and on private residential projects is essential. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
