About the team
Embedded within our design teams are members of our business development team, who innately understand and anticipate clients’ needs. They represent the client perspective and ensure it comes into play through every stage of the design process, making sure we’re truly creating places people love.
About the role
We are seeking an energetic business development manager to join our London studio and drive new business opportunities across the UK and Europe region.
You will drive business development efforts working closely with senior leaders including principals and a high performing Business Development team.
You will facilitate client engagement; manage the project pipeline through our CRM and lead the production of persuasive and memorable pursuits and pitches.
You have a hands-on approach and you are able to influence internally and externally to position Hassell to win new business that aligns with our strategic objectives.
Proactive and with an outcomes focus, you will enjoy working autonomously, have excellent negotiation skills, and be able to present at the highest level.
You will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a professional services environment and appropriate tertiary qualifications. You will be well versed with a variety of software – from Microsoft Office and the Adobe suite to Salesforce CRM database.
You’re a natural communicator and have the ability to influence others. An established network within the development and construction industry is highly desirable.
