Role overview
We are seeking a dynamic recruitment consultant with a background in interior design, product design, furniture design or showroom sales. The focus of this role is business development and forging strong client relationships. If you are passionate about design and skilled in sales, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
- business development: proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design industry; develop and implement strategies to expand our client base
- client relationship management: build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients; understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solution
- sales and talent acquisition: source and attract top-tier design professionals, matching them with suitable roles that align with their career aspirations and our clients’ needs
- market research: stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates
- negotiation and closing: present qualified candidates to clients, negotiate terms, and close successful placements
- administrative excellence: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions, ensuring all relevant information is well-documented
- ream collaboration: work closely with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- industry experience: background in interior design, product design, furniture design or showroom sales is essential
- sales proficiency: demonstrated ability in business development and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interactions
- relationship management: proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
