The opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Architectural Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London. This role would suit someone with a background in architecture – whether through education or hands-on experience – who has also gained exposure to sales or business development. If you’re motivated by results, enjoy engaging with people, and want to make a real impact in the architecture world without being on the drawing board, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• business development: proactively identify new business leads and build relationships with architecture and design firms
• client partnerships: understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions that meet both cultural and technical requirements
• candidate sourcing: use your architectural insight to connect with professionals and guide them into the right roles
• market intelligence: stay up to date with hiring trends, studio news, and shifts within the built environment sector
• placements and negotiation: facilitate smooth, mutually beneficial placements and manage offer negotiations.
• CRM and documentation: keep accurate, up-to-date records on our recruitment systems to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience
• collaboration: work closely with a warm and supportive team who celebrate wins together

We’re looking for someone who:

• has a degree or professional background in architecture or design
• is target-driven with experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
• enjoys speaking with people and building lasting professional relationships
• is confident communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• understands (or is eager to learn about) hiring trends in architecture and design
• brings a team-oriented mindset and a self-motivated work ethic
• bas the right to work in the UK and fluency in English (spoken and written)
