Communications and administrative coordinator
at Haverstock
Haverstock is looking for a communications and administrative coordinator to support its studio in central London.
We are at an extremely exciting time in the life of the studio and are eager to roll out a new communication strategy and need someone to shape and execute this strategy with us. Our studio focuses on the public sector, and we currently have many exciting projects in the heritage, education and community realm.
The role will involve supporting with pitches, preparing presentation materials and project bidding, communicating with press contacts, supporting with internal and external events and managing film and photography for our awards entries, as well as managing our social media content.
As a practice with a strong social conscience, we support employees with flexible working, loyalty days and a range of training and volunteering opportunities.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and great communication skills, who is keen to work creatively and would enjoy working collaboratively with our architectural team.
