Holland Harvey Architects is seeking a business development and marketing manager to join its team in London.

We are looking for someone with excellent business development skills, client relationship experience, and the ability to create and manage a new business. The successful candidate will be inquisitive and driven, they will be able to work autonomously, are professional, and able to build a rapport with all stakeholders both internally and externally.

The candidate will work closely with the directors, associate director and associate (operations) to develop a sales and marketing strategy to identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other development channels.

The role:

  • create new business opportunities in both the UK and globally, through market research – internal, macro, micro – and analysis. Reporting on opportunities detailing sales forecast and pipeline to management team
  • understand Holland Harvey values, aspirations, USP’s and KPI’s to drive new business
  • managing and developing existing client relationships, creating new opportunities
  • assist directors in writing fees
  • create marketing materials both digitally and in print, including bid documents, pitch materials, mailouts, ensuring brand and content consistency
  • create and attend networking events
  • creating and managing CRM system
  • research and pitch speaking opportunities for directors and associates
  • working with directors and associates – operations – on the marketing strategy, liaising with external comms agency on awards and press
  • driving content for internal and external socials and working closely with the team to write content
  • sco and digital marketing management

Candidates must have proven experience in business development and marketing in the architecture industry and have a keen interest in making a positive and social environmental impact.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required. Affinity is an advantage.
