Holte is seeking a customer lead to join its team in London.

Holte is a kitchen design studio based in Hackney, London. We work with customers to realise their dream kitchen using a mix of both proprietary (e.g. Ikea/Howdens) and bespoke Holte cabinetry with our custom fronts. We are looking for an exceptional customer lead to join our team on a maternity cover basis, with the strong likelihood of a permanent role available for the right candidate.

As our customer lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our three distinct customer pathways and ensuring they have a seamless experience from initial inquiry to project sign-off. You’ll play a key role in our sales and design pipeline, ensuring projects progress efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 FTE

What the job involves

Enquiry handling

As the primary point of contact for new clients, you will manage incoming enquiries by phone, email and social media, conduct informative and friendly initial appointments with clients and provide accurate quotations for new projects.

Appointment and calendar management

Scheduling and confirming showroom appointments with clients, ensuring our design team is prepared for each meeting and that all necessary information is to hand.

Sales pipeline management

Guiding clients through one of our three customer pathways efficiently, ensuring smooth handovers to the design team as required and a seamless customer journey for all clients.

Showroom maintenance

Keeping the showroom organised, tidy and well-maintained. Ensuring that all displays are kept in excellent condition and that sample libraries are well stocked.

Administrative support

Assist with various administrative tasks, including delivery tracking, filing, ordering office supplies, processing sample orders and ensuring smooth operation of the studio.

Consideration will be given to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Normal opening hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note, the successful candidate will be expected to work some Saturday hours (one Saturday a month in exchange for TOIL or overtime pay).

We are based at our design studio just off Broadway Market, Hackney.
