Role overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced senior or mid-level interior designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will have opportunity to work with international team under the guidance of the design director.
Key responsibilities:
- assist the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the vision aligns with client expectations and project goals
- assist the project delivery, managing all phases of the design, documentation and implementation
- maintain strong relationships with design team leadership
- develop design concepts, presentations and technical drawings to clearly communicate design intent
- prepare detailed CAD drawings, 3D models and FF&E specifications while ensuring all design documentation is accurate and up to date
- manage supplier, and contractor to ensure smooth project delivery, from sourcing to installation
- conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and ensure quality and precision are maintained
- stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the design industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation
- manage project timelines and resources effectively
Key requirements:
- degree in interior design or interior architecture
- five years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end projects
- proven track record of delivering projects from concept through completion
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
- experience with 3D visualisation tools and rendering software
- excellent client-facing communication skills
- problem-solving ability
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- a creative, strategic mindset with the ability to think innovatively and execute complex design concepts
- a portfolio demonstrating experience in delivering high-end projects
