Innes Associates is seeking a Part 1 architect to join its team in London, UK.
Innes Associates is a lively studio with a friendly, creative team and a growing reputation. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Part 1 to fill an important role and be involved at the heart of the design process. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to participate seriously in the design process and experience projects under construction.
Our work in education, housing and public buildings are varied and rewarding, and we are committed to pursuing good, sustainable design. We have a number of projects starting on site as well as others at concept stage.
The role will include:
- being part of a team of two or three led by a project architect
- developing detailed design work for projects going to site and contributing to others at earlier RIBA stages
- joining in studio activities, including reviews of other projects
Commitment and enthusiasm for good design is part of our ethos, experience in AutoCAD is essential and Revit an advantage.
Salary is within RIBA benchmarks.
