Job description
Objective
To champion Kempa Home’s luxury design ethos through expert focus on product, bespoke furniture packages and interior styling, while contributing to sustainable practices and community enrichment.
Key responsibilities:
- design and manage bespoke furniture packages for high-end residential and commercial projects
- select and procure furnishings, materials, and decor that meet luxury design standards and sustainability practices
- lead and execute styling and staging for project presentations and installations
- manage project timelines, budget, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution
- collaborate with clients to tailor designs to their vision and functional needs, enhancing client satisfaction and retention
- participate in community outreach and sustainability initiatives through the Kempa Foundation
Skills and qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field, with a robust portfolio focused on product design, styling and developer packages
- minimum of five years’ experience in a high-end design environment
- expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant 3D rendering software
- strong interpersonal and client service skills, with an ability to build lasting relationships, with proven sales in furniture and home décor
- proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets
