As a showroom and residential sales manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kettal London showroom, driving sales, and building strong relationships with residential clients, including homeowners, interior designers and architects. Your role would involve showcasing the brand’s collections, managing the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Key responsibilities
- client engagement: welcome clients as well as A&D to the London showroom, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their design preferences and requirements
- sales management: drive sales by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- business development: prospect, open and manage new potential project clients such as architect and designers
- showroom presentation: maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring that displays are up-to-date and reflect the brand’s image and standards
- event coordination: organise and host events, such as product launches or design workshops, to attract potential clients and promote the brand
- market analysis: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies
Qualifications and skills:
- experience: proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury furniture or interior design industry
- communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- leadership: strong leadership, ability to share design and innovation, and capacity to drive decision making
- design acumen: a good understanding of design principles and the ability to advise clients on product selection
- technical skills: proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
