Kiani Architects is hiring an experienced Part 2 or recently qualified Architect to join its team in London, UK.
The role offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment on an exciting commercial project in Clerkenwell.
The role is full-time and based in our studio and will suit a talented designer with a positive outlook who can confidently and accurately produce planning, tender and construction drawings.
Applicant requirements
- proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- proficiency in Office 365
- experience using Enscape and 3DS Max desirable, but not essential – we are Windows based
- excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- excellent design skills including hand sketching, visualisation and physical modelling
- good technical knowledge and experience in coordinating SMEP
- sound knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- experience at running projects and liaising with the wider design team
- ability to take and give direction or instruction and find creative and innovative solutions
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
- self-motivated and able to take responsibility
- thirst for continual improvement and learning
