We are looking for exceptional and driven interior designers (intermediate/senior) to join our award-winning team and studio in London.

The role

As an integral member of our London team, you’ll be involved in the design and delivery of world-class interiors – from five-star hotels and restaurants to high-end homes. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to concept creation, detailed design, and project execution across various scales and stages.

Key responsibilities:

  • lead or support all design stages, from concept through to handover
  • translate client briefs into compelling spatial solutions and interior narratives
  • produce detailed design packages including mood boards, drawings, and FF&E specifications
  • attend client meetings, site visits, and consultant coordination sessions
  • manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure design integrity throughout
  • support procurement and FF&E curation, including supplier coordination
  • mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong, collaborative studio culture
  • deliver creative presentations for new business and ongoing client engagement

What we’re looking for

  • a degree in interior design or a related field
  • minimum five plus years’ (intermediate) or eight plus years’ (senior) experience in interior design
  • a strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across hospitality or luxury residential projects
  • proven ability to manage or contribute to large-scale projects from concept to completion
  • confident communicator with excellent client-facing and team collaboration skills
  • proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.)
  • strong FF&E knowledge and documentation experience
  • self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • passionate about design, trends, and delivering exceptional spaces
