Kristina Zanic Consultants is seeking senior interior designers to join its team in London.

What you’ll do:

• lead and manage all project stages, including briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, design documentation, and contract administration
• oversee all phases of design projects, from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring exceptional results
• develop designs and feasibility studies for high-end resdiential, commercial and hospitality
• manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
• serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants, handling all correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
• demonstrate expertise in design creativity, space planning, materiality, FF&E, software tools, resource programming, and post-contract processes
• handle budget management, procurement processes, and resource planning effectively
• mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior colleagues and the wider design team
• report on project deliverables to design heads and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• support business development by preparing creative presentations and attending client meetings to secure new projects

Who you are:

• hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent
• driven designer with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
• passionate about delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment
• experienced in designing interior spaces for various project types, including high-end residential, hospitality and F&B
• a natural leader and team player eager to grow with a forward-thinking, fast-paced company
• proficient in relevant software tools, with strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude
• skilled at building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
