Kyle Smart Associates is hiring an architect to join its team in Bedfordshire, UK.
Due to some large, exciting project commissions, Kyle Smart Associates, a chartered and award-winning architecture studio dedicated to the successful design and delivery of innovative buildings are looking for an architect to join its medium-sized, friendly team in Bedfordshire. Our work includes ecclesiastical developments, sustainable social housing, supported living projects and special needs developments including new designs for mental health.
We are looking for an architect with a flair for design with the ability, skills and motivation, to work alone or in a small team on multiple projects at the same time.
We are looking for people who have:
- ARB registered and experience across all RIBA work stages
- strong design and detailing skills
- strong visualisation skills and an eye for presentation
- experience of UK regulatory framework including building regulations and CDM
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Vectorworks, Twinmotion and BIM preferred but training will be given
- car driver is essential as our studio is in the countryside, but our projects are all over the Home Counties and into London.
