L+ Architects is seeking a Part 3 project architect with three-plus years’ experience in UK to join its team in London.
Commercial and high-end residential:
- would like somebody with several years experience project management and client facing in the UK
- excellent opportunity for a special person with charisma who can liaise directly with clients and manage staff
- would like a real team player who is happy to help a small business grow
- friendly, small office with big plans and big ideas who will help you grow and encourage friendly collaboration
- we work on biophilic principles and we are looking at new design ideas constantly pushing boundaries
- running multiple projects on site from conception to inception
- project cost control, site reports, concept development and client liaison
- good working on own or as part of a team and under pressure
- BIM proficient and AutoCAD
- fluent English and British or right to work in the UK
- three-plus years’ UK experience
