Lawson Robb is seeking an architect/interior architect to join its team in London.

Seeking a well rounded senior interior architect – preferably an architect with a passion for interiors, with a strong design background, technical skills and project management capabilities. Successful candidates will work collaboratively within the Allect Group on a myriad of service lines.

Key responsibilities:

• lead UK and international projects from concept to completion
• collaborate with interior designers and drive diverse design schemes
• generate drawings and solutions including layouts, plans, elevations, options, sketches, details and joinery etc.
• create and deliver impactful client presentations and schedules
• product design desirable: bespoke furniture, bars, custom lighting, intricate detailing etc.
• manage budgets, project timelines and logistics
• innovate with new products
• oversee multiple projects at differing work stages, mostly focused on high end residential
• handle client, supplier and subcontractor interactions confidently
• contribute to business and department development
• commercially aware

Desired attributes:

• passionate about design, teamwork and accuracy
• confident, socially conscious and effective in client and supplier interactions
• positive, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, problem solver, open to feedback
• dynamic and flexible, handling tasks beyond usual briefs

Desired candidate:

• experience (five-plus years’) and can-do attitude are important
• salary dependent upon experience
• from a well respected fast and dynamic studio with international experience
• used to working at speed and with initiative
• software: essential – AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe
• desirable: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape
