Levitt Bernstein is hiring a studio manager to join its team in London.

Levitt Bernstein is an award-winning, design-led architectural practice of 115 people with offices in London and Manchester, working on a broad range of projects across housing, arts, education, health and commercial sectors. Many of our staff are involved in the industry more widely, contributing to debates, undertaking research, speaking at events and writing articles. Levitt Bernstein is a well-established, highly regarded and dynamic place to work. We are looking for a confident and proactive studio manager to support the smooth running and effective management of the Practice, both in London and Manchester, as well as management of the front-of-house team.

It is a wide-ranging role, including facilities management of both studios, health and safety, overseeing front-of-house, support to the senior management team, as well as other practice-wide duties. Occasional travel to our Manchester studio will be required.

The role is studio based, in our London studio. We will consider applications from candidates who are looking to work part-time hours, five days a week (a minimum of five hours per day).

You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Experience in managing a small team is required. A creative background is desirable.
