Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture is hiring an architect with skills in Revit BIM to join its team in London.

From the low-carbon, energy-positive Hermès Manufacture in France to the renovation of the British Museum and the Qatar Pavilion in Venice, our work is rooted in innovation, sustainability, and cultural relevance.

We are currently seeking an architect expert in Revit BIM to join our growing team in London. This position will report to the project directors and senior Aachitect in our new London studio.

Role overview 

As  architect – Revit BIM, you will:

• develop and participate in the drawings of a cultural project
• lead the Revit BIM model with the team and local partners
• coordinate with our internal team and report directly to project directors and Senior architect

What we’re looking for: 

• five years’ of professional experience, including significant contributions to built, large-scale international projects or exceptional smaller-scale works
• knowledge of UK construction processes and the RIBA Plan of Work
  Understanding of UK planning regulations, building control, and environmental standards
• excellent communication, design, organisational skills
• excellent aesthetic judgment and graphic communication abilities
• highly technical with a creative approach to architectural problem-solving, supported by detailed construction and shop drawings
• experience with heritage and listed buildings is highly desirable
• strong coordination and team collaboration skills
• in-depth knowledge of construction methods, products, and materials
• proactive, self-motivated, and able to both mentor others and grow within the team
• skilled at identifying project risks and resolving conflicts
• expert in Autodesk Revit, demonstrable experience delivering complex projects in Revit, aligned with the UK BIM framework and high knowledge of Revit software
• fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is a strong asset
• must have the right to work in the UK
