PA/studio manager
at LOUD Architects
LOUD Architects is seeking a maternity cover architectural office manager to join its team remotely.
This is a maternity cover role only – with the view to extend to a permanent position. The role will run from April to October 2024 minimum. This role can be full-time or flexible/part-time.
Please note, as this is a maternity cover, unless you have experience in an architectural practice already we cannot reply back to your enquiry with any feedback.
You will play a vital role in the architecture practices running, day-to-day operations and looking after staff within the practice.
Your role:
- maternity cover
- administrative duties
- keeping the emails filed
- social media posts
- business management/business development
- invoicing issues and chasing
- PR
- competitions
- new business enquiries
Hours: flexible – TBC
Days: Monday to Thursday (flexible within these days)
Salary range: enquire (dependent on skill level), no more than £150 per day
What we are looking for:
- excellent communication and writing skills
- a very organized person
- a competent member of staff who is confident speaking with clients
- prior experience in managing an office would be advantageous
- a meticulous attention to detail and a good work ethic
- experience in architecture support and project support including assisting with fee proposals and following up
- filling out planning forms and posting where necessary
- someone who is experienced with social media channels and posting content
