PA/studio manager
at LOUD Architects

LOUD Architects is seeking a maternity cover architectural office manager to join its team remotely.

This is a maternity cover role only – with the view to extend to a permanent position. The role will run from April to October 2024 minimum. This role can be full-time or flexible/part-time.

Please note, as this is a maternity cover, unless you have experience in an architectural practice already we cannot reply back to your enquiry with any feedback.

You will play a vital role in the architecture practices running, day-to-day operations and looking after staff within the practice.

Your role:

  • maternity cover
  • administrative duties
  • keeping the emails filed
  • social media posts
  • business management/business development
  • invoicing issues and chasing
  • PR
  • competitions
  • new business enquiries

Hours: flexible – TBC
Days: Monday to Thursday (flexible within these days)
Salary range: enquire (dependent on skill level), no more than £150 per day

What we are looking for:

  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • a very organized person
  • a competent member of staff who is confident speaking with clients
  • prior experience in managing an office would be advantageous
  • a meticulous attention to detail and a good work ethic
  • experience in architecture support and project support including assisting with fee proposals and following up
  • filling out planning forms and posting where necessary
  • someone who is experienced with social media channels and posting content
