Mackenzie Wheeler is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
Mackenzie Wheeler are looking for creative and enthusiastic project architects to work on an exciting range of architectural and interior design projects on hotels, pubs and restaurants. These projects encompass new buildings, refurbishment work and work on listed buildings.
The successful applicant should:
- be qualified two to ten years’ as a chartered architect
- be fluent in spoken and written English
- possess excellent design and drawing skills
- possess excellent sketching, visualisation, and presentation skills
- be fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp
- have good knowledge of the UK building regulations
- have an interest and experience of working in the hospitality sector
- have experience with planning application procedures
- have experience of working with listed buildings
- have experience of working on new build projects
- have an interest in interior design
- live within a reasonable commuting distance of Shoreditch
Other info
Mackenzie Wheeler operates standard office hours at 37.5 hours per week. We would consider a part time position.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus bank holidays and Christmas on top with additional days for length of service.
