Mesh Lighting is hiring an office manager/order coordinator/PA/marketing assistant to join its team in London.

Mainly remote, some in-office days, £38,000 per annum.

What you’ll do:

Order processing and project coordination:

  • receive and process client orders with accuracy and care
  • liaise with suppliers and clients to confirm and follow up on project details
  • track shipments and ensure delivery timelines are met
  • book and log invoices from partners and couriers (e.g., DHL)
  • visit our Central London storage facility to collect samples and send them to clients as needed
  • keep records updated and everything clearly communicated to the team

Marketing support:

  • post Instagram updates based on company newsletters
  • organise photoshoots of completed lighting projects
  • coordinate trade show and event logistics
  • analyse newsletter engagement and support the sales team with follow-ups

Personal assistant tasks:

  • assist management team with travel bookings and schedules
  • coordinate client trips and visit logistics
  • research company credit ratings and complete client onboarding forms

General office/team support:

  • be the reliable point of contact for various internal needs
  • find and share information before people need to ask
  • help with day-to-day running of a smooth, efficient workplace

Working environment and benefits:

  • salary: £38,000 per annum plus private health care
  • location: Mostly remote, with one to two days per week in the office (London-based)
  • occasional visits to our Central London storage facility to handle product samples
