Part 2 architectural assistant

Mibe Architects is looking to hire a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its growing team in London.
Following several exciting new projects, we are seeking a team player who is eager to be part of an expanding, design-focused practice.

We’re looking for someone dedicated and passionate about working on both architecture and interior-led projects. The ideal candidate will be interested in a long-term role and motivated to contribute to the studio’s growth.
Our work primarily sits within the private residential sector, from one-off new builds to carefully remodeled homes and thoughtfully crafted extensions and interiors.
The practice can offer the prospective applicant experience across all RIBA work stages, including site/contract administration experience across RIBA Stage 5.
Key skills (essential):
- minimum of two years’ experience working in practice
- experience in the residential sector
- experience across multiple RIBA work stages (1–4), particularly in preparing detailed planning and building regulation packages
- initiative, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility in pushing projects forward
- experience managing or collaborating within a team
- strong presentation and creative design skills (InDesign)
- confidence in working independently as well as collaboratively
- adaptability, a strong work ethic, and quick learning ability
- excellent understanding of Revit (2D & 3D)
- ability to make intuitive, fast-paced decisions independently
- proficiency in high-quality 3D modelling and rendering (Rhino & Lumion)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- strong time management and organisational abilities
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be based in or around London (interviews will be conducted in person)
Start date: July/August 2025
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (subject to experience), with biannual reviews and growth targets
Office Location: (Monday – Friday) The Design District, North Greenwich, London
