Part 2 and Part 3 architects
at MICA Architects
MICA Architects is hiring Part 2 and Part 3 architects to join its studio in London.
We are currently seeking architects with a minimum two years’ experience to join the practice to work on a range of high-profile projects from masterplanning, to education and mixed-use schemes working as part of a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals. Excellent design skills are essential, with Revit experience as an advantage.

MICA is an international, award winning architecture design practice based in London. We work at all scales and levels, from a regional urban design and landscape level to individual buildings, interiors and furniture. MICA was awarded Architect of the Year 2020, Refurbishment Architect of the Year 2020, and recently RIBA Award 2024 and RSAW Project of the Year 2024 for Hay Castle, in Wales.
Our friendly and skilled teams include certified Passivhaus designers and specialist conservation architects and building engineers. We are signatories of the Architects Declare: Climate and Biodiversity Emergency and we follow the targets set out in the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge. We recently certified as a Benefit Corporation organisation as of June 2024. We are patrons of charities including the Social Mobility Foundation, Stonewall, Paradigm Network and are W Programme members.
Our live projects include a number of collegiate masterplans and buildings across Oxford and the south-east, as well as for international clients; mixed use masterplans, town centre regeneration, and residential infill schemes for London Boroughs; and a variety of conservation and retrofit schemes for commercial and cultural uses. You will join teams working on a wide range of projects across all work stages.
Candidates will ideally:
- be self-motivated and have strong design and presentation skillbe
- proficient across SketchUp, MicroStation and Adobe packages
- have experience with Revit
- have a positive work ethic and be able to communicate well
