Miriam Frowein Interiors is seeking a personal assistant to join its team in London.
The Role
Personal Assistant to Miriam Frowein – founder and creative director.
An opportunity to play a pivital role in a leading interior design studio. Based in a stunning studio in London’s Belgravia, you will work directly with Miriam while also being part of the small team.
We are looking for an organised, self-starter who will make a positive contribution to our dynamic studio culture.
Key responsibilities:
- diary management – internal and external
- logistics – including travel management
- timesheets
- expenses management – including card management
- email management – summarise inbox, flag important messages, delegate to other team members where possible, reply where possible
- attend key internal and external meetings as required, take minutes and circulate to attendees
- personal admin
- systems support and application management – e.g. ensuring software is up to date and keep track of passwords
Experience and qualifications required:
- IT literacy is critical. Having experience working with Microsoft applications is important
- experience working with a senior leader is important
- passion for the creative sector is important
- previous personal assistant experience conditional
- previous experience of working within an owner-led/family-run business would also be ideal

- excellent problem-solving abilities. You should be able to think critically, analyse situations and find practical innovative solutions to challenges
- proactive. You should have a flare for anticipating what is needed. Ideally identifing potential issues before they arise and proposing solutions
- Time management. You should be highly skilled at managing your time efficiently and prioritising tasks effectively. You should understand the importance deadlines and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities
