Position: intermediate to senior-level interior designer

We are seeking a passionate intermediate to senior level interior designer with a passion for bespoke design to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

• lead and create sculptural, bespoke designs for luxury hospitality projects in alignment with NCDA’s design philosophy
• engage directly with clients to understand their vision, translating their objectives into innovative design solutions
• maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project expectations are met
• prepare compelling presentations, including 3D models, layouts, mock-ups, and renderings, to effectively convey design concepts
• develop detailed project quotes and manage workflows for seamless execution
• stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to deliver cutting-edge design solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• four to eight years’ of experience in luxury hospitality design, with a proven track record of delivering high-caliber projects
• proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, and Blender is essential
• exceptional creative and communication skills, with the ability to produce construction drawings and execute designs effectively
• a passion for bespoke design and a commitment to excellence
• preference would be given to candidates with valid working permit in Hong Kong, but we will apply for visa for the right candidate
