Architect/part 2 architectural assistant

Neat Architects is hiring architects and experienced Part 2 architectural assistants to join its studio in London, UK.
Neat Architects is a young practice in east London who enjoy making places, spaces and things that help people to live, work and play, with a diverse range of projects across the UK and Europe. Following recent commissions on exciting new projects Neat are looking for those with a strong portfolio to join us to deliver and with the right skill set, taking on key roles in delivering a number of exciting projects within our London studio. With a passion for architecture and design, the opportunities would suit those who are looking to be involved in several RIBA stages from inception through to completion on a number of projects within mixed use, commercial and residential developments.
What we require:
- enthusiastic self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team
- creative problem solver, especially for residential schemes on difficult sites
- appetite for learning
- confident and communicative
- efficient with time management, deadlines and workload
- demonstrable working knowledge of building regulations and experience of building control are key
- excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- software requirements are Vector-works, SketchUp, Office and Adobe suite
