From a turnkey interior design service to art direction, the studio’s diverse offering considers every single component needed to bring a vision to life.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic, ambitious and growing Chelsea-based interior design team working on high-end projects in London and abroad. This role will be directly reporting to the Creative Director.

Main tasks and responsibilities to include the following:

  • assisting the design team with daily tasks
  • organising materials library daily, replenishing and requesting samples
  • building relationships with suppliers, sourcing and researching new suppliers
  • organising monthly new supplier presentations
  • managing studio calendar and meetings
  • sourcing FF&E items from concept through to finished details
  • producing furniture plans using AutoCAD
  • producing schedules and distributing to teams
  • sourcing vintage and antiques
  • requesting proformas and invoices
  • reviewing, commenting, approving prototypes and samples
  • producing client presentations using Adobe InDesign
  • booking and tracking deliveries
  • attending site and client meetings

Qualifications:

  • must have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • must have good knowledge of materials, furniture, suppliers and design trends
  • must be a team player and a self-starter
  • must have ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • must have exceptional time management skills
  • must have ability to differentiate the needs of different styles and looks based on project brief and deliver those styles
  • must have a flexible approach to work and is willing to assist the wider design team when needed

Requirements:

  • must have an undergraduate or graduate degree in interior design or architecture
  • must have excellent written and spoken English; Italian / French speaking is a plus
  • must have high proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Excel softwares
  • must have legal rights to work in the UK and start immediately

Candidates must be based in London and expect to work out of our Chelsea studio. This is not a remote position.
