OR Consulting Engineers is hiring a studio manager to join its team in London.

OR Consulting is a multi-award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, focused on the engineering of low carbon buildings. We specialise in developing tailored design strategies for unique projects, particularly within the cultural and heritage, entertainment, residential, education and commercial sectors.
OR Consulting is an established, growing practice with 16 employees located within Central London and a small office in Cardiff. We are a friendly, supportive team providing holistic sustainable engineering solutions.
We are passionate about delivering high-quality client service with a personal touch. Our close-knit team ensures clients receive the personalized service they deserve, whilst friendly and supportive team is committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can excel.
We are looking for a Studio Manager to join our team in London to:
- oversee the day-to-day running of the office
- provide HR administration support
- assist the finance management, invoicing and client account admin
- drive our marketing strategy and lead internal/external communications
- support and aid the Quality Management System (QMS)
- assist with project administration and support internal learning & development initiatives
Applicants should:
- have experience working an architectural, construction or engineering practice
- have excellent communication skills, when dealing with internal team members and external clients and colleagues
- be a motivated, enthusiastic, confident and proactive character who is willing to learn
- competent in Microsoft Office
- willingness to learn and grow with the team
